What makes our gym different?
We make it as easy as possible for you to reach your fitness goals! Each workout is structured and ran by a personal trainer so all you have to do is show up, work hard, and you are out the door in 30 MINUTES!

Our gym is a boot camp style gym. We specialize in 30 minute HIIT sessions. HIIT Stands for High-Intensity-Interval-Training. This is a combination of cardio, weight lifting, TRX, body weight exercises, etc. These workouts are optimal for burning fat and toning muscle! There is a different workout every day focusing on different muscle groups!
At Ardorx we help you reach your fitness goals and sustain them! No more fab diets! Just 30 minutes of exercise and eating well balanced foods that YOU enjoy! We don't believe in "one size fits all" meal plans which is why we create custom meal plans for you with food that you enjoy eating!
Accountability & Support!
Our Ardorx Boot Camp staff is there to support you during every step of your fitness journey! Everyone needs to be pushed and we are here to push you and hold you accountable for reaching your goals! If you get off track we're here for you!
