  • How long are the sessions?
    30 Minutes!
  • Is 30 minutes long enough to get a good workout in?
    Yes, absolutely! At Ardorx we focus on HIIT training. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This includes cardio, weight lifting, TRX training, kettle bells, battle ropes etc. The combination of cardio with weightlifting burns fat and builds muscle to give you an awesome workout!   • I haven’t exercised in a long time, is this gym for me?"
    Yes! This gym is for all ages, shapes, sizes, and ability levels. We have members in their 20’s and we have members in their 60’s. We have members looking to tone up and we have members looking to lose 100 lbs!
  • Can I bring my kids?
    Yes! You can bring your kids while you exercise! Your kids play in the kids area while you workout!
  • How much does it cost?
    We let you come in and try us out for 3 DAYS FREE! After that, we sit down with you and talk with you about your fitness goals. Then we go over our different memberships and prices and we get you set up with a membership that works great for you!
  • Do you offer help with nutrition?
    Yes! We offer nutrition guidance and coaching. We can also make custom meal plans for you! All included with your membership!
  • What if I can’t do all of the exercises?
    That is perfectly okay! We can modify anything you need so that you are able to get a great workout in!
